On April 8, 2016 the IFSR held its biennual Board Meeting in Linz, Austria, and made three important decsisons:
1) A new IFSR Executive Committee was elected and took office on May 1, 2016.
2) We were able to welcome two new members (IFSR has now 45 members) :
a. INSTICC: The Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (No. 55), https://www.insticc.org/ represented by Joaquim Filipe
b. SCiO : Systems and Cybernetics in Organisation Ltd (No. 56), www.scio.org.uk represented by Patrick Hoverstadt
3) Several minor changes were made to the constitution
